Vietnam is booming, although it's hard to know how to play it since it is such a manipulated economy. Big money is being made by the party bosses and well connected. Chinese tourists are flocking there...

We will be going back to Vietnam in 2017, I can't wait, it will have been 4 years since our last visit. My favorite town, Nha Trang, was overrun with Russian tourists the last time we were there, now I hear the Russians are long gone, replaced by Chinese....
