Yet another stupid question from Dummyme re Libre

How do I insert lines around the cells?
I have 25 cols and 45 rows, so it can get confusing with out being able to line up the info

BTW, the solution to my previous ? re ### is that the cell was for data and not date. When I changed to date, everything went well. I found this out only after making the cells two inches wide and still getting the ###s
