Solstice was 21dec at 1044h GMT [0244 pacific], so we're a week and a half into the real new year - are we happy yet? -g-

Big question for hard assets folk is, did a significant bull market for metals start in dec15? ... well this bit of fat-crayon TA seems to be answering somewhere between Possibly and Likely? -

Message 30912336 - Claude says he buys this chart, if you check the replies ...

fnv.to - my largest position du jour, this can change in a flash, because it's so liquid, basically a place to stash buy power while waiting for signs of confirmation and compulsion towards shiney new ideas in juniors, especially in taxable accounts

ssl.wt [.to] - largest position in most sheltered accounts [tfsa/rrsp/resp/etc] ... more so than Sandstorm common, this time round, reason is that you capture roughly twice the per-share upside with the same money - provided that the upside is dramatic enough, and not unreasonably delayed, wherein lies the risk ... but hey, 'risk' pfffft, we are talkio' reward here, it's a Happy New Year innit

... have to go, or this would be longer ... and maybe have content as well

... but first - it can be argued that Legalisation of pot is actually the middle-of-the-road centrist position, occupying as it does the roughly half-way point between being Illegal, and being Mandatory -
