The Can't Write - 5CD error can be ignored. It resulted from a bad price correction.

Check the files in your QPLUSDAT\INCOMING directory - delete all of the 1997 files. Sometimes the report doesn't display at this time of year on some systems because the previous year's reports cause a problem. It always works when I try to test it, but some systems have a problem.

The reports all have a .RPT extension and can be read in any text editor - notepad is fine.
