Lorne. Thank you for a very informative link. The IMF reminds me of a bunch of loan sharks. I wonder what collateral Korea had to put down. This article makes it clear why the Republic Of South Korea was draging it's feet last month. I will put any thoughts of bottom fishing in that neck of the woods on the back burner. I am seriously considering cancelling my subscrition to the Wall Street Journal, when I can get as good (if not better) information on this thread.
