Frank, the product shortage is a widespread problem..Currently we have a waiing list for the deluxe models, and were lucky to scrape up basic models for Christmas. Also, we have be reluctant, but had to revert to selling the JVC product as well to keep up with demand.Hopefully, Echo is answering to the demand. It's a heck of a thing not to keep up with demand, isn't it? :-) - Jeff
