Dr. Harvey, the product you are referring to, is a self tracking dish with an intended purpose of maintaining a constant alignment from a moving object, such as buses, trucks,RV's and boats. Basically, you program the satellite you need to track, and it keep the dish in alignment at all times. It's possible, with some redesign, basically with software and integration with the DISH equipment, this *may* be a viable option.There is another company building the samed type of products as well datrondbs.com
