All states will give photo ID's to anyone who can identify themselves, and it's no harder than registering to vote. So, no, it's not a big deal, and whiny (D)'s should just drop it as an issue, and help anyone that doesn't have a photo ID to get one. It's an issue that makes (D)'s look stupid.
