Dave: Since so many are talking to CAFE. Try and get an answer to a simple question, on a given date, what is the stock outstanding count and the balance of the floorless. If they are truthful in their answers (and tell them you are taking a dated writen confirmation of their numbers), then you can discover what is the value if any of this company. If there will be 300,000,000 shares outstanding by the time all the floorless convert, even at 1/64 this might be overvalued. Zeev
