Riddle me this:
1) According to the Affordable Care Act - If you don't get health insurance (or obamacare), you have to pay a penalty.
2) It is illegal for the federal government to penalize people for not buying a product.
3) The Supreme Court ruled that it wasn't a penalty, but a tax.
4) All bills which tax people must, according to the Constitution, be generated in the House of Representatives.
5) Obamacare was generated in the Senate, not the House.

ergo - the Obamacare bill CAN'T tax anyone because it was generated in the wrong house.

Why wasn't Obamacare ruled unconstitutional on that basis?
