It doesn't matter what Trump says to China. The Chinese don't control N. Korea anymore. The Chinese didn't WANT N. Korea to develop Nukes. This is exactly the type of situation they wanted to avoid. Trump doesn't know that stuff though. He's an ignorant narcissist that THINKS he knows everything.
