The only possible reason I can think of is because the MM's are tanking it on purpose.
If they know of the meeting with the USGA next month.....and you know they do know, then why wouldn't they 'tank' the stock and when and if the USGA OK's DROM's program and the stock goes up.....the MM's make a bundle.
I'm no guru but maybe someone else can think of other reasons for it to be down again.

A week or more ago, someone posted that they had bot more DROM, I think at abiut .37 and was saying that it was a good buy at that price. Whoever it was, would they please post now again.....??
