Alright. Do it. Convince me. Because so far your arguments have been lame. How does my behavior of not smoking harm someone? Now I don't mean my wanting to be free of smoke in public places, I mean my act of not smoking. I could list a whole bunch of other things I don't do that I don't think hurt anyone else. Now you are equating active behavior to passive behavior. They are not the same. In fact in many jurisdictions I could let you die, I am not obligated to offer you assistance, while I would not legally be allowed to kill you. It is a rational difference. Are you truly incapable of seeing it?
