| | | Good morning Goldworldnet and all,
Woe is me. I just bought a new HP computer with Windows 10 because my ancient one was freezing up repeatedly.
Well, for some crazy reason, the old one stopped freezing up, so with the holidays and all, I have not set up the new one yet - it's still in the box. (I hope it doesn't hurt new computers to sit in boxes for a while.)
Long story short, now my ancient HP printer won't print. I have cleaned the printhead about 6 times, I have changed both of the black inks, but it still will not print.
At this point, I do not even know if this printer will work with Windows 10, but I do know that the ink is very expensive and doesn't seem to last very long.
Would you give me some guidance on how to proceed? I'm leaning toward just buying a new printer.
What kind of printer would you recommend for a non-professional like me? I probably should stay with HP - or at least that seems logical.
Thanks so much for any help that you want to give me...... |
