Ok Alexa here goes off the top of my head...

Let's assume you are obese, that means you eat too much, which also means you are going to cost me more in health Care Costs, because you are more susceptable to getting ill and having heart disease. Your overeating is offensive to me. So let's test everybodies body fat. If your over 22%. You must eat government food.

Let's say your a drinker. Same as above, drinking is banned for you. Or better yet since drinking is hereditary, most people who are predisposed should be banned from drinking from birth. Otherwise it's just not fair to me to have to pay for all your health care costs or possibly have you kill me drinking or driving.

Let's say your gay. Ban it. You might catch aids. This effects my health care costs. And maybe my blood supply.

Shall I go on? It just depends on degrees in which you are effecting someone else. To you smoking reaches that degree limit. To me it does not.

Alexa, believe in the democratic process. Trust in the people to decide. Put it up for a vote. If your argument is sound, you should have no fear.

Michael
