Process of elimination. What else could it be?
The union of a human egg and a human sperm produces a human being. Not a kitty kat nor a puppy dog. Pretty simple really.

Technology will certainly complicate this. Consider the following; Test Tube conception and an artificial womb. The Embryo develops into a fetus and the fetus develops to the point to where today's incubator can support the fetus.

So, the fetus is never born as it is never removed by C-Section or travels through a birth canal.

When was that person born? When did it become a human being?

So, when should a person developed without a woman's body be pronounced "A human being"?
