The Republicans have become adept at taking Democratic strengths and turning them into weakness by virtue of labeling. I think they are repeating that tactic with Obamacare. There is going to be a lot of smoke and noise. I doubt the Republicans actually want to repeal much of anything in the affordable care act but will manage to keep the Democrats tied up in knots defending one small aspect or another. For example, expect big fights over birth control mandate. The Republicans hope this kind of maneuver will keep the media and public from noticing their other actions (such as repealing ethics or giving out money to their friends).
