"$200,000 tax break for top one-tenth of 1%".

Republicans have been proposing fair-share taxation for years where individuals and corporations would pay a flat-percentage instead of needing an army of book-keepers and accountants but democrats have always blocked it

Billions of $ are wasted annually to interpret and apply the tax-code.

The process itself is uniformly unfair to anyone trying to operate a business.

No citizen and no corporation can ever be fully in compliance with the tax-code.

The tax-code is mainly an excuse for an over-reaching meddling government to push-around people they don't like.

This IRS is a power you don't stand a snowballs-chance in hell against.

A whole industry exists to interpret a tax-code that shouldn't exist in the first place at a cost of billions and billions of dollars per annum.

I know you don't understand any of this...
