Carmine, you can call it what you want to, I guess. But the definition of short selling is selling borrowed shares because you are betting the stock price will fall.

While I have no objection to you thinking that Iomega management shorted their own shares, I do object to you implying that I think so.

But it doesn't matter, really. The secondary offering and buyback approval have already been discussed to death. I don't think that either is a factor at this point.
