Indeed. Are the foreign reserves not what underlie the plan for the internationalization of the RMB? A question that I ask myself.

I ask that because the foreign reserves are being drained and should they fall, the carpet would be pulled under the plan to internationalize the RMB.

My own interest in the whole shebang is how the macro issues will affect the outflows of capital for project finance that propels ZTE and Huawei to the detriment of the western competition Ericsson Cisco Nokia.
