Yes, I dislike these analysts - they change their minds all the time - which implies they don't know the future any better than you or the former CPU company that called itself Cyrix does.

Stocks go up and down. You can make money on the way up and down. If you never change your rating, you end up holding the bag for a year or 2, while the long term positive overtakes the shor term negative.

For example, my rating of Intel is positive, provided you can buy it for under $60. Above it is neutral to negative. If we drop to $60, I will probably turn positive. Have I changed my mind?

Flipping a nickel will produce the correct result half the time.

I guess that makes an analyst worth about a nickel!


Somehow, you are not an equal opportunity basher. You bash the ones that don't agree with your agenda a lot more than the ones that do. Which makes your whole analysts bashing suspect.
