These foundries do not have competitive .25um processes ... these processes
have been optimized for the ASIC market, not the CPU business. NSM will
be paying extra (versus lower cost in-house manufacturing) while getting
lower performing CPU's. NSM will have the low performance, high cost
market all to themselves!!
