the primary goal is to prevent Trump and Putin collaborating against ISIS. My POV is that ISIS is fundamental Islam and cannot be destroyed by killing off it's present fighters. We can't even ID who they are. They will just fade back into the population. Isolation is the only effective method. Which also means banning them from the Internet. Our leaders know this.
