Now let me lay the argument out for you step by step. Breathing is natural. We all do it. It is healthy to breathe. It does not interfere with anyone else. Smoking is harmful. Even the tobacco companies now acknowledge this. Who should be protected? The class of people doing nothing affirmative, or the class of people doing something harmful to others? You have a conflict of two classes of people, one class is doing nothing but inhaling and exhaling air. The market place has not been a very good and just arbiter of such disputes. Further, all your straining and grasping at poor analogies shows me that there really is no good analogy for the smoking issue. You have, in a way, proved my point, and I thank you.
