Fantastic on learning Chinese cooking. Or at least trying out Chinese recipes. I hope you share because I make stir-fry meals all the time. I usually have a bag of stir-fry veggies in the freezer and start with oil and onions and garlic then toss in some of the veggies. Fry those all together for a while then add leftover meat(s) or fresh meats cut in thin strips. Fry until the meat is cooked well and add a dollop of sesame seed oil and voila, a meal that is fast and delicious. I usually serve with rice, of course but not all the time.
