Breaking news tends to appear quickly on that e-mail forum. However, reproductions of printed matter takes time, especially if it is voluminous. Reports, court orders and briefings have to either be transcribed manually or scanned into HTML format, and this can be a lengthy process. Oppedahl has previously asked for volunteers to do this sort of legwork.
By the way, they follow discussions on this thread. I and others have been quoted in the past by the e-mailing group, but as you might imagine, not always in a positive light, seeing that we are mostly on opposite sides.
However, exchange of information is a good thing and the reference I quoted is a good source, albeit from the defendants' perspective.
