Now that you have stated your blowhard opinion, state some substantial reasoning. If your anything other than a CFO of a multimillion dollar tech company, I would like to here you backgroung and fundamental analysis as to the basis of your commentary. Personally, I will stick with managements opionion until someone can point out to me alternatives to their rapidly growing cash reserves. You have to obtain and retain talented help somehow.. If you think your companies stock will appreciate 30-50% in the next year, this would be an excellent use of funds on hand. Difficult to continue to invest in yourself to sustain the growth IOM has had. The key is alternative uses. If you can not get the same return on investement in plant and development, I applaud management. Buying stock back is an excellent way for an individual to guage what a company thinks of it revenue and earnings growth potential.
