Yes, they'll "have to go through the American people". Hopefully, they fail. Someone's going to fail - it's either them, or us. The people did win last November - now, the nation has a fighting chance. Trump won against HRC and the Dems, against the Rep establishment, against the press and against crowds of misguided conservative intellectuals.
"They" claim the Constitution is an outdated document, written to benefit "white men". I guess they mean the main articles, as well as the many amendments, including the Bill of Rights.
The Constitution is STILL the most progressive political document ever formulated - regardless how long ago that was done. The so-called "progressives" are, in fact, REGRESSIVES - who want to drag us all back to the bad old days of statism and powerful central government, in all its pitiful variations. |
