I agree. My first one was a Samsung, and it was pretty good. This one is a Dell, and changing the black cartridge the other day was so easy, I was amazed. Side panel flipped down. Pinch a lever, pop old one out, and snap new one in.

Unlike the Samsung, after several weeks of warnings, it finally refused to print any more and it forced me to put the new cartridge in. I like running them dry to where you can barely see the print, but not with this Dell.
