BS - it was an enormous failure of political correctness. Many agencies of "government" failed. Someone needed to be able without fear of conflict to declare the guy a risk to society.

This was a failure of government from top to bottom.

OMG - imagine declaring a Hispanic a risk to society? If he was black it would be even more difficult. Why - because of the loony left.
