The earnings annoucement did contain references to their annoucnments in Novemeber, but no specifics. This might have caused the surge. I couldn't help taking a profit, I think the price will settle back down, seems it only remains at a high for a few days. I have little doubt that by the end of the year ACTL should be trading near 25+. But I think we'll see another opporitunity to get in before then. Chad
