I'm a citizen and I have a right to speak my mind but when I do NOT know chit about the many nuances of a topic than I should shut my pie hole. She is an actress who PLAYED PM Thatcher. She couldn't walk in Thatchers shoes or many of the other roles she plays. Ditto many other actors who PRETEND to be someone.

The only thing she is an expert on is being Meryl Streep. And when she wants to discuss that then she can show up on the Actors Studio and discuss.

She was there to receive an award. Do so gracefully. PERIOD!
