I can only assume that all of these efforts on the companies part to fight for their position is costing us shareholders a ton of money. Ridiculous legal fees, advisory fees, additional disturbances to the day to day operations, etc. How can this be tolerated and accepted? I can't believe that they are pushing for this inadequate group to try and defeat VB's slate. For all of the money and effort that they are putting forth to continue "their" way of doing things with their so called "advisers." this group is the best that they can offer??? Am I missing something? Quite preposterous.
