Assuming you did have, would you be okay with strangers giving your 15 year old daughter medications, like birth control, or HPV vaccine, or anything you didn't know about?

I'll just say, that to me is the exclusive domain of parents. On the day the child turns 18 you lose total control of them, but until that point, you make those calls, not bureaucrats\.
