yea, true enough, but I am almost in the distribution phase. I have built a nice bunch of dividend growth stocks, recently adding MDT and BMY just because they were so oversold, and can now trade 1/4 of my portfolio however I want knowing I can live well when I decide to take dividends.

Just saw on CNBC the cost of raising a child is $233K. What the heck are they smoking. I spent at least a cool Mil. between private school, activities, cars, College....MBA.....argh, don't want to remember the $150K wedding. It was an event for sure, but I don't know who can raise a kid to adulthood on $233K. I guess on the Southside of Chicago it's a different world.

We will never have an equal society. Sad, but seemingly true. My son, with his MBA in Finance from a strong NE University is simply going to do better in his life, both financially and personally because he has had a strong education, and learned discipline and hard work early and often. Those are life lessons many kids never get.

JMO of course:)
