Full duplex printing is much better when you're printing multi-page documents.

I don't use it for business, just for personal stuff. Mostly use grey scale, but I use color for maps for vacations, and some docs with pictures.

For heavy use or business, I would agree with your assessment. For $99, I'm thrilled. I bought it on sale several years ago when I thought my Samsung was dying. I found out I could extend the life of the Samsung by holding and supporting a spinning part on the inside. I got an extra year until the cartridges were used up, and a spare ink cartridge. It really looked pretty in my home-office with the side panel off and all the internal parts visible and spinning. My wife was thrilled!! The Dell was almost 2 years old when I unpacked it and I fired it up. It started flawlessly and the original ink was still good.

I'm happy.
