If VB needs to add 1 or 2 BOD candidates, does that mean the votes for their slate would have to be voted again or just another vote for the new candidates? This could be part of the Gs strategy. If a new vote is needed, they could be hoping enough people wouldn't bother, forget or just be disgusted with the whole process. Thus gaining votes, since a non-vote favors them.
