Pierre, Am about to return my IBM Via Voice speech recognition for Dragon Systems because the IBM program has higher system requirements. Although mine meets the minimums, the time to load and commence dictation are long and the dictation runs way behind. Guess I need more than 166 Mh Pentium with 80 MB RAM for IBM. Curious which program you use and what your experience has been. I think we'll see this as a significant driver of at least Pentium II systems over the next few years. And I suspect that this software will continue to bloat and increase system requirements as they strive to improve performance. I guess the question is whether this and high bandwidth modems will demand computing power greater than what $1000 buys at that future date.
