It is certainly acceptable that a reputable scientist disagrees with his colleagues on any topic he chooses providing he makes his case with good data and interpretation.. His primary challenge is to convince the rest of his discipline that he has a compelling argument that will also convince them.....based on current wisdom, I don't think he's done that yet.... Thus you see the difference between science and religion.......are there any Christian theologians that are willing to say Christ is not divine and could not have risen from the dead...can any say that and still be certified Christians.???/
