You know I could care less about the EPA. They are so intrusive its ridiculous. You should see or read of their infiltration of the management of chemicals in and around farm land in California but I digress.

I've been moving water on two properties that we own here in central California for about 5 days. The entire North of the state is now wetland. We get a couple of dry days here through the weekend then the rain comes again next Tuesday. The water has to be managed or it will flood and do damage. The ditch on the other side of the road can handle the flow much better in my judgement. Screw the EPA and the cEPA.

Yes, California has its own enhanced version of the EPA.
