I2: Volume is key on the stock you are buying, All or none limits simply mean if the broker can't fill your full order at the price you specified due to insufficient volume, you get nothing. If you just place a limt without 'all or none' you will get the stock at that price, maybe in smaller multiple blocks, BUT you may not get all you asked for. In other words, if you place to buy 1,000 ABC stock for 11.15, you may only get 550 filled before it moves off your limit of 11.15, and may never come back to get the remaining 450. All or none means you get nothing unless it can fill the full 1,000 in a transaction. Hope that helps. Most of the time you don't need to worry about all or none unless you are trading thinly traded stocks.
