I predicted that to my wife the other day. We were watching the FIVE on Fox the other day, and somebody asked who could have started this baloney. Dana Perino almost turned beet red, and stuttered that "I...I....I...have no idea.....". She looked as guilty as a kid with a hand in the candy jar.

I told my wife right there that Bush is responsible, and Perino KNOWS it.
