* 1 STOCK 1 WEEK * PAIR long open 1-5-98 I think Friday was a reversal for PAIR (this remains to be seen though) there have been a couple favorable articles out recently, among them one that has PAIR on its top ten list of stocks to benefit from the January effect. PS SCOP has reported better than expected preliminary revenues....EPS still looks flat, probably from merger charges. This one could bear watching. John
