Michael -

I should go to bed earlier. I must admit that I didn't even really look at the S-8 before I responded to Ben. I didn't even do any simple math. Basically, I just got het up over his conclusion that spending cash on stock would be "disgraceful."

Then I looked at your post this morning and realized that 3,000,000 shares at 30.75 would be 92,250,000 dollars. Now that would definitely be an imprudent use of cash.
