Liberty includes the liberty to have any political views you want. Liberty isn't all about the government (if that's what's meant by political), but if you make a decision for yourself and don't have it forced on you, then it isn't anti-libertarian, even if it is to "submit to God", and I don't think submission to Christianity as you seem to think.
