My spin on this is that we had now concretely identified about $5.00 in additional net worth per share above and beyond the approx. $6.00 share in book value per share. Waiting for more info from the Company on the purpose of sale. Is it to pay Cirrus, to make an acquistion, to buyback stock, to decrease fab exposure, to settle lawsuit, to payoff long term debt.
