Yep... You CANNOT force them to do anything in those states.

And if they mess up, e.g. give you a MRSA infection, pay through the nose for what is mostly their error and negligence, imo.


I wonder if it would work to hire a GS type attorney to go after that law in a vulnerable state and then put it up on a GoFundMe or similar site?
