We have some flat Petoskey stones (rocks) we picked up in the National Park camp ground near Petoskey, on the shore of Lake Michigan. I marked them with vegetable names and use them in the garden to help grandkids identify veggie plants.

This is an entirely new kind of Petoskey Rock I was not aware of.
