EXPECT 100 to 300% move soon in ITSI .News is coming soon . The stock holders on 12/30 approved a 20million perferred stock offering so thier largest shareholder can put 5 million in . The last time he put money in was 93 to fund some major projects and the stock went from 4 t0 20 1/2.They should announce the shareholder approval of stock offering soon and that the money is going in . Then they should anouce some contracts that they are working on. The stock was beat up recently by a group i know that had to take a tax loss and sold approx. 450k . It should go right back to 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 quickly then to 2 1/4 and then 3 1/8. I have followed for six years and know management very well and like what they are working on.This one is a sleeper and when they come out with news it will be significant.Buy below 1 1/2 $.
