yes, but the caveat, am guessing, being "everything else being equal", which of course they rarely are

we have all heard the comment and same such, "it is better to be healthy than wealthy", which is true enough, but

is it better to be healthy and wealthy than being healthy and not wealthy, etc etc

at this juncture the question of marriage partner for the coconut is still a very theoretical one, everything being equal i want to be able to become friends w/ the groom and his parents, and if not, then shy away.

my in-laws are my good friends

i dialogue w/ my in-laws about any and all subjects, and it has been very helpful since 1993, 3 years before i got married

they have been living across the street from me since 1999, and we often do daily walks together

they have been on many of our vacations / workations

i like the protocol
